About the Role

Jobgether is looking for a Recruiter (TOLA) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and securing high-caliber Sales Executives and Digital Marketing professionals across the USA. You will manage the full hiring process, building relationships and understanding business needs to directly support company growth.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, source, and engage qualified candidates for Sales Executive and Digital Marketing roles through diverse channels.
  • Conduct interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit, and present detailed candidate profiles to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and talent market insights to guide recruitment strategies.
  • Manage interview scheduling, candidate preparation, feedback collection, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Assist with closing candidates, managing counteroffers, and ensuring successful onboarding.
  • Maintain compliance with legal requirements and industry standards, keeping accurate records.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience recruiting Sales Executives and Digital Marketing professionals, preferably in the USA market.
  • Proven track record of successful placements and high client/candidate satisfaction.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in recruiting IT Professional Services Sales Executives is a plus.
