About the Role

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with engineers to highlight project milestones and updates
- Maintain documentation and onboarding resources for new participants
- Monitor community sentiment and identify opportunities for engagement
- Support developer onboarding and mentorship initiatives
- Track and report on community growth metrics and content performance
- Represent the project at conferences and technical meetups
- Foster inclusive participation across diverse technical backgrounds
- Coordinate with external partners on joint content and outreach
- Respond to technical questions in community channels
- Curate newsletters and update communications for developers
- Help shape the public narrative around privacy and open-source development
- Identify and empower emerging community leaders
- Manage content calendars and publishing workflows
- Create video and written content explaining tooling and use cases
- Facilitate feedback loops between users and core developers
- Promote best practices in data privacy and cryptographic tooling
