Community Sports Partners is looking for a Recruiter - Screening Interviewer to drive our high-volume hiring efforts for a premier indoor soccer facility. In this collaborative role, you will be instrumental in identifying talent and building high-performance teams.
What You'll Do
- Conduct initial screening interviews for applicants across various roles.
- Evaluate candidates consistently and accurately.
- Identify top talent to the HR team.
- Keep detailed records throughout the hiring process.
- Support high-volume hiring efforts with efficiency and professionalism.
- Provide timely communications to ensure team cohesion and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Experience recruiting and/or conducting interviews.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proven time management skills in a fast-paced environment.

You will work in close collaboration with the HR department.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $1000 USD per month for the full-time role.
