We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to lead the hiring process for Customer Service Representatives in a high-performing call centre based in Rawalpindi. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bahria Town, DHA 1, Sector F, where you will play a central role in shaping the frontline customer support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for CSR roles, from candidate sourcing to final selection
- Review applications and ensure applicants meet the required qualifications and role criteria
- Conduct structured interviews, performance assessments, and screening checks to evaluate suitability
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent, fair evaluation process for all candidates
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in recruitment within the call centre industry
- Demonstrated familiarity with the operational dynamics of call centre environments
- Strong judgment in assessing candidate fit for customer-facing roles under performance metrics
- Ability to work efficiently in a structured, target-driven setting
Work Environment
