Safari Micro is looking for a Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for U.S.-based roles, emphasizing quality over quantity in a collaborative, remote-first team environment. You'll join a small, dedicated team focused on thoughtful hiring and building strong candidate pipelines.
What You'll Do
- Review applications, assess qualifications, and conduct video interviews.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand roles and identify strong fits.
- Document assessments in the ATS clearly and thoroughly.
- Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn and other tools.
- Build pipelines for U.S.-based roles, including IT Sales and niche positions.
- Endorse qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and keep them engaged.
- Focus on quality over quantity—presenting candidates who are both qualified and culturally aligned.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of recruitment experience (full-cycle or focused on sourcing/screening).
- Strong interviewing skills—knowing how to ask the right questions and assess both fit and potential.
- Excellent English communication skills—clear, professional, and confident in both writing and speaking.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote work tools.
- A kind, reliable teammate with a growth mindset.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Team & Environment
You'll join a small, close-knit team of Recruiters—3 in the Philippines and 2 in the U.S. As part of the PH team, you will report to the COO. - Compensation starts at PHP 45,000+/month (includes 10% Night Shift Differential).
