Protege is looking for a Recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring process for multiple roles across the company. You will partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, build sourcing strategies, and guide candidates through a thoughtful, high-touch experience that reflects our brand and values.

What You'll Do

Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles at once, from intake to offer negotiation.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success criteria, and interview strategies.
Build and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent.
Craft compelling job descriptions and outreach messages that align with Protege’s voice.
Drive an excellent candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely feedback.
Coordinate and facilitate interviews, ensuring an efficient and fair evaluation process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our applicant tracking system.

7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
Proven ability to own multiple searches independently across different functions and levels.
Excellent communicator, always clear, concise, and persuasive.
Highly organized, able to manage competing priorities without sacrificing quality.
Adept at building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
Curious, tenacious, proactive, and biased towards action.
Treat those around you with kindness.

Nice to Have

Experience recruiting technical and non-technical roles.
Strong storytelling skills for representing Protege’s mission and culture to candidates.
