Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions simultaneously, from initial role discussion to offer negotiation
- Collaborate with hiring leads to clarify job expectations, performance goals, and interview planning
- Develop and implement sourcing plans to locate and connect with high-quality candidates
- Write persuasive job postings and outreach communications that reflect the organization's tone
- Ensure a positive experience for applicants by maintaining transparent and timely communication
- Organize and oversee interviews to support a consistent and equitable assessment process
- Keep candidate records current and accurately documented in the applicant tracking system
