Front Row is seeking a Recruiter (f/m/d) to play a pivotal role in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent. You will be responsible for shaping our recruitment strategies and driving initiatives that strengthen our presence as an employer of choice.
What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews.
- Collaborate with team leads to define hiring needs.
- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Work on additional projects or tasks aligned with your preferences and areas of expertise to contribute to Front Row’s success.
What We're Looking For
- At least one year of experience working in recruiting.
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Understanding of and enjoyment for active sourcing.
- Structured, organized, and reliable, even when juggling multiple hiring processes.
- Strong team player who thrives in collaboration and isn't afraid to share ideas.
- People person with curiosity, initiative, and a hands-on mentality.
- Fluent in both German and English.
Nice to Have
- Recruiting experience ideally in a recruitment agency or within the e-commerce sector.
