Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring an Italian Speaking Customer Support Specialist to support users of virtual job and freelance platforms. You will ensure a positive user experience by resolving inquiries and documenting interactions.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking users via email, chat, and phone.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to virtual job opportunities and freelance platforms.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to meet service level objectives and improve user experience.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about new features and industry trends.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Italian (written and spoken). Native language and nationality must be stated in your application.
