Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles in culinary, operations, and professional services across distributed teams. You’ll partner closely with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs, define role requirements, and deliver quality candidates efficiently. Your sourcing strategies will include proactive outreach via LinkedIn, social media, and other innovative methods to engage both active and passive talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume and diverse positions, ensuring alignment with business goals and cultural values
- Develop talent pipelines using digital platforms and creative sourcing techniques
- Collaborate with leadership across regions to maintain consistent hiring standards and timely fulfillment of open roles
- Guide candidates through each stage of the selection process, maintaining clear and professional communication
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout hiring workflows
- Support new hires during onboarding by addressing questions and verifying completion of required documentation
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in corporate or agency recruitment, preferably within food service, contract dining, or hospitality environments
- Proven track record managing high-volume, full-cycle hiring processes
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and strong candidate assessment skills
- Excellent organizational abilities with close attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders across multiple locations
- Demonstrated passion for creating positive experiences for candidates and hiring managers
