AirGarage is looking for a Recruiter to join as the second member of our growing recruiting function. Reporting directly to the Recruiting Lead, you will be a key strategic partner to our founders and leadership team, responsible for scaling our teams across Engineering, Sales, and Operations. This high-impact role also involves building out new functions, including Product and Marketing.
What You'll Do
- Partner with our recruiting lead, founders, and leadership team to scale our team.
- Focus heavily on hiring for technical roles across engineering and product, while acting as a recruiting generalist for other functions.
- Source, reach out to, and close top-tier talent across the U.S. and globally, owning the full recruiting funnel.
- Develop a deep understanding of our business and product to speak credibly with candidates.
- Ensure candidates understand AirGarage’s unique opportunity as a tech company that interacts with the physical world.
- Source from a wide range of channels and guide candidates efficiently through our hiring pipeline.
- Collaborate with our People Ops team to support non-recruiting functions like compensation planning and annual reviews.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at an agency or a fast-growing startup.
- Flexibility and adaptability in your hiring approach.
- A service-minded approach focused on helping hiring managers, candidates, and the company succeed.
- A deep curiosity to understand AirGarage’s business and how each role ties into company goals.
- A bias toward action and comfort operating in ambiguity.

- Experience handling the entire recruiting cycle, from sourcing to closing.

- Ability to discern a candidate's true talent and potential beyond their resume.
Nice to Have
- Experience closing senior candidates across go-to-market, product, and engineering roles.
