In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding top talent across multiple functions, ensuring each new hire strengthens our culture and accelerates our growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding, with a focus on speed, fairness, and candidate experience.
- Design and conduct structured interviews that assess skills, motivation, and cultural alignment, giving candidates a clear and professional impression of the organization.
- Partner with department leads and leadership to define role requirements, refine job descriptions, and ensure hiring decisions support long-term goals.
- Use scorecards and assessment tools to maintain consistency and objectivity in evaluations, ensuring high-quality, bias-aware hiring.
- Manage scheduling, communication, and feedback loops to keep candidates engaged and moving efficiently through the process.
- Track key metrics—including time-to-hire, offer acceptance, and onboarding success—to continuously improve recruiting performance.
- Stay informed on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and industry best practices to keep hiring strategies competitive.
- Build scalable systems for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding that evolve with the organization’s needs.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across diverse roles and departments.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms (like Workable), and structured hiring methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, candidate-first approach.
- Self-direction and ownership—you work independently, manage your pipeline effectively, and drive improvements without oversight.
- A commitment to excellence: you believe in hiring only the strongest candidates and understand how each role impacts organizational success.
- Experience in fast-paced online environments—especially in coaching, education, or digital services—is a plus.
What You’ll Gain
- Flexible, fully remote work with hours that fit your schedule.
- Competitive pay based on experience.
- Access to training and development resources to grow your skills.
- Opportunity to scale into a full-time role as hiring needs expand.
- Direct influence on team composition, culture, and company trajectory.
- Collaboration with leadership in shaping hiring standards and operational systems.
