Marriage Reset MM Coaching Limited is seeking a part-time Recruiter to own and execute our full-cycle recruiting process. You will manage day-to-day hiring activities, build structured candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and ensure roles move efficiently from sourcing to offer acceptance.

What You'll Do

Proactively find, headhunt, and attract top-tier talent across departments.
Conduct structured interviews to assess capability, culture fit, motivation, and alignment.
Manage interviews end-to-end, from scheduling to communication.
Use structured scorecards and evaluation frameworks for consistent and fair candidate assessment.
Prepare and extend offers, handle negotiations professionally, and maintain strong close rates.
Lead new hires from Day 1, ensuring expectations and resources are ready.
Maintain detailed notes, track every candidate touchpoint, and uphold professional communication.
Collaborate with leadership to refine hiring systems, interview structures, and onboarding workflows.
Track key metrics like time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, onboarding success, and pipeline health.
Stay current with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
Work closely with department leads and the Managing Director to understand role needs and refine job posts.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience hiring across multiple functions.
Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems like Workable.
Familiarity with assessment tools, scorecards, and structured interviews.
Fluent communicator who speaks and writes with clarity, professionalism, and confidence.
Process-driven and organized, keeping pipelines clean, notes detailed, and candidates moving quickly.
Independent operator who takes full ownership of the talent acquisition function.
Coachable and growth-oriented, responding well to feedback and iterating quickly.
High standards, expecting excellence from yourself and others.

Nice to Have

Experience in fast-moving online businesses, ideally in marketing, coaching, or education.
