eJam is hiring a Recruiter to be the first line of defense for talent entering our organization. This role is responsible for scaling world-class teams across creative, marketing, operations, supply chain, customer experience, data, and leadership functions.
What You'll Do
- Run high-volume outbound recruiting primarily via LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Build email drip campaigns and multi-step outreach sequences.
- Conduct initial interviews for all roles.
- Collaborate daily with the People Operations Lead & HR Coordinator.
- Prepare weekly recruitment reports on outbound activity, inbound pipeline, interview metrics, and candidate flow.
- Escalate recruitment blockers including delayed hiring-manager reviews, unclear role scopes, missing or delayed test assignments, and low pipeline volume.
- Provide market insights to improve recruitment speed, quality, and efficiency.
- Act as a talent ambassador, confidently selling eJam’s brands, culture, growth trajectory, and role opportunities.
- Ensure efficient communication throughout the hiring funnel.
- Own top-of-funnel hiring processes end-to-end.

- Skilled in outbound sourcing and comfortable managing multiple pipelines at once.
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
Nice to Have
- Spanish language skills.
- Experience in recruiting OR outbound sales.
