Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations from initial role scoping to final offer issuance, ensuring a smooth experience for applicants.
  • Identify and hire IT specialists for key client accounts, mainly for contract engagements.
  • Hold client consultation sessions to define role specifications and agree on candidate qualifications.
  • Evaluate submitted resumes and conduct candidate interviews to produce shortlists of suitable prospects.
  • Develop and sustain talent pools of high-potential individuals for upcoming hiring needs.
  • Post job listings on career sites, job boards, and social platforms to attract skilled professionals.
  • Coach candidates on client interview expectations to enhance readiness and confidence.
  • Foster strong partnerships with Account Managers, recruiting colleagues, and prospective IT talent to support placement success.
  • Use advanced AI-powered tools such as Sense messaging to stay in contact with candidates and consultants.
  • Operate recruitment systems including Bullhorn ATS and VMS platforms like Fieldglass, Beeline, and Simplify for candidate tracking.
  • Attend daily team meetings to review open roles and focus on urgent hiring priorities.
  • Deliver 8 to 10 qualified candidates weekly to clients, pending approval from the Account or Delivery Manager.
  • Uphold professional standards and consistent conduct in representing the organization ethically.
