Aristo Sourcing is hiring a Recruiter to focus on recruitment fulfillment within our international agency. You will be part of a global team redefining remote hiring, using data-driven methods to enhance our processes and collaborating closely with sourcing and account management.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and qualification processes for candidates ranging from individual contributors to managerial and senior-level roles.
- Collaborate with our sourcing team to ensure a pipeline of high-quality candidates.
- Utilize data-driven methods to track recruitment metrics, aiming for continuous process improvement.
- Report directly to the CEO.
What We're Looking For
- Proven recruitment experience with strong operational understanding and strategic problem-solving ability.
- Track record of identifying and qualifying managerial and senior-level talent.
- Independent and proactive approach, with demonstrated energy, intelligence, and resourcefulness.
- Strong focus, drive to succeed, and ambition.
- Must have your own computer and access to strong internet capabilities (e.g., for video calls).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Google Docs, meeting software, and general software tools.
