Amil is looking for a Receptionist to be the welcoming face and organizational hub of our healthcare operations in Itaquaquecetuba, São Paulo. In this local role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for patients, clients, and team members.
What You'll Do
- Greet patients, clients, visitors, and staff
- Manage telephone calls
- Register the entry and exit of visitors and/or patients
- Open service records and register patients in the system
- Perform pre-billing for service records
- Interface with other departments and provide administrative support
- Schedule exams, appointments, and deliver results
What We're Looking For
- Complete high school education
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Basic knowledge of the Office Suite
Nice to Have
- Experience in a hospital and/or outpatient clinic environment
Technical Stack
- Microsoft Office Suite
