As the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and callers, you will play a key role in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment at a foreign semiconductor company’s facility. Your responsibilities will center on delivering consistent, high-quality administrative support while representing service excellence in a multicultural workplace.
What You'll Do
- Operate and manage incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate contacts with accuracy and professionalism
- Receive guests with courtesy, verify visitor details, and coordinate with internal staff for smooth access and check-in
- Keep the reception and shared office areas neat, organized, and visually presentable at all times
- Handle the distribution of internal and external mail, including coordination with courier services for outgoing shipments
- Track and organize office supply spending, assist with invoice documentation, and support procurement for stationery and promotional items
- Support employees by responding to service inquiries, logging requests in the tracking system, and escalating urgent matters to management
- Assist with scheduling, event coordination, and data collection for monthly reporting needs

- Demonstrate clear, accurate communication in both spoken and written Chinese and English
- Display professionalism in demeanor, appearance, and conduct
