About the Role
This position involves scheduling and leading property showings for buyers and sellers, gathering client feedback, and ensuring properties are presented professionally and accurately during visits.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate home showings based on buyer and agent availability
- Meet clients at listed properties to provide access and guided tours
- Collect feedback from potential buyers after each showing
- Report detailed observations and client reactions to listing agents
- Ensure properties are secure before, during, and after visits
- Follow safety protocols when entering vacant or unoccupied homes
- Communicate professionally with real estate agents and clients
- Maintain punctuality for all scheduled appointments
- Provide accurate descriptions of property conditions during visits
- Use a mobile app to log showings and submit feedback
- Adhere to data privacy standards when handling client information
- Represent the service with professionalism and reliability
- Handle keys and lockboxes according to security guidelines
- Respond promptly to last-minute scheduling changes
- Support remote buyers who cannot visit properties in person
- Assist with verifying property occupancy before entry
- Document any maintenance or safety issues observed on-site
- Work independently with minimal direct supervision
- Maintain a dependable vehicle for travel between locations
- Follow local real estate regulations during property access
- Complete training modules on platform usage and protocols
- Submit time logs and showing confirmations accurately
- Uphold ethical standards in all client interactions
- Stay informed about local housing market trends
- Assist with after-hours and weekend showings as needed
Compensation
Hourly pay based on completed showings and travel time, with additional compensation for after-hours appointments

Independent contractor, remote with frequent local travel

How It Works
