Paired is seeking a Real Estate Sales Specialist to support a client's growing business. This is a long-term, steady position with room to grow as the company grows, offering a remote work arrangement for candidates based in South Africa.
What You'll Do
- Conduct qualified sales calls generated by the setter team.
- Build rapport with homeowners, assess property details, and understand seller motivation.
- Negotiate strategically to secure properties under contract at a discounted price.
- Use high emotional intelligence to put sellers at ease while maintaining authority throughout the sales process.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and follow internal processes for seamless deal progression.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in high-ticket sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Proven negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a performance-driven environment.
- Goal-oriented with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
