Harwood International is looking for a Real Estate Development Analyst/Associate to join our team in Dallas or Geneva. You will play a key role in planning, executing, and supporting new and ongoing real estate projects, leveraging our dedication to innovation, artistry, and superior quality in prime locations.
What You'll Do
- Prepare detailed financial analyses and models to support investment decisions across all commercial real estate asset classes.
- Develop complex financial models, pro formas, due diligence materials, market analysis, and financing structures.
- Perform underwriting and investment analysis, providing recommendations to manage risk.
- Create waterfall analyses and other advanced financial modeling structures.
- Support multiple stages of transactions, including underwriting, market research, and preparation of investment memorandums.
- Review and interpret real estate documents such as leases, loan documents, appraisals, and agreements.
- Collaborate with in-house development, leasing, and property management teams.
- Build and maintain relationships within the real estate industry.
- Maintain portfolio-level reporting, including loan covenant tracking and performance monitoring.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance, acquisitions, development, asset management, investor relations, and/or investment banking.
- Experience modeling term sheets, loan agreements, PSAs, and lease agreements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business.

This position operates in a local-city work mode, based in either Dallas or Geneva.
