RemoteVA PH is looking for a Real Estate Analyst Assistant to provide support for an existing client in the commercial real estate sector. You will assist with financial modeling, market research, and report preparation to inform investment decisions on a global scale.
What You'll Do
- Research real estate databases for comparable data and analyze findings.
- Communicate externally with brokers and other sources to gather market insights.
- Write detailed analyses to explain and support your research conclusions.
- Analyze real estate investments, including acquisitions and development projects.
- Create financial models to assess property performance and investment returns.
- Research market trends, property data, and comparable sales and rentals.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and client review.
- Assist with due diligence processes, including reviewing leases and financial documents.
What We're Looking For
- Previous work experience in Real Estate or a related field.
- A degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or Real Estate.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Analytical experience that allows for independent thinking and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with FileMaker Pro and effective internet research skills.
- Great attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
