About the Role

SupportYourApp is looking for a Customer Support Consultant fluent in Turkish and English to provide support for technology clients. In this fully remote role based in Uzbekistan, you will apply customer happiness practices within a multicultural environment, building lasting relationships through professional support.

What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional customer support via chats and emails
  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Meet team KPIs and securely work with customers’ sensitive information
  • Apply the latest customer happiness practices
  • Maintain a working knowledge of our client’s products and services
  • Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies
  • Stay up-to-date with current technology

What We're Looking For

  • Native Turkish communication skills
  • English B2 communication skills
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
  • Analytical and research skills with a positive, responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer with at least 8GB of RAM
  • Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Experience in crypto or finance
