Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for an Italian Speaking Remote Support Specialist to join our team. You will deliver outstanding remote support to our Italian-speaking clients, resolving technical issues and providing effective product guidance.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding remote support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to our products and services.
- Assist customers in understanding and utilizing product features effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance overall customer service quality.
- Stay updated with new technologies and product developments to provide knowledgeable support.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong customer focus and dedication to providing exceptional service.
- A genuine interest in technology and a passion for helping customers solve their challenges is crucial.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Prior experience in a technical support or customer service role is advantageous.
- Experience with customer support software or CRM systems is preferred.
