plancraft is hiring a Sales Development Representative - SaaS/B2B (f/m/d)

About the Role

plancraft is looking for a Sales Development Representative (f/m/d) to be a key driver in bringing our SaaS solution to the European trade industry. You’ll join a passionate team on a mission to create free space for tradespeople and bring digital work to every European trade business.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct cold calling and outbound sales to trade businesses to understand their digitalization challenges and pitch plancraft.
  • Coordinate appointments between prospective customers and internal experts for product presentations.
  • Follow up with trade businesses that did not fully utilize their plancraft trial phase to help them restart their digitalization journey.
  • Monitor and manage KPIs to directly contribute to the company's growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong motivation to help digitize the trade industry with plancraft.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ambition and drive to be challenged daily and succeed.
  • A strong team player mentality.
  • German language proficiency at a C2 level.
  • English language proficiency at a B2 level.
  • Willingness to regularly come to the office in Hamburg as part of a hybrid model.

Nice to Have

  • A degree in a business-related field (e.g., Business Administration, Economic Psychology, Socioeconomics), a commercial apprenticeship, or initial experience in sales or a startup environment.

  • Annual base salary of €40,000 - €45,000 gross.
