plancraft is looking for a Sales Development Representative (f/m/d) to be a key driver in bringing our SaaS solution to the European trade industry. You’ll join a passionate team on a mission to create free space for tradespeople and bring digital work to every European trade business.
What You'll Do
- Conduct cold calling and outbound sales to trade businesses to understand their digitalization challenges and pitch plancraft.
- Coordinate appointments between prospective customers and internal experts for product presentations.
- Follow up with trade businesses that did not fully utilize their plancraft trial phase to help them restart their digitalization journey.
- Monitor and manage KPIs to directly contribute to the company's growth.
What We're Looking For

- German language proficiency at a C2 level.
- English language proficiency at a B2 level.
- Willingness to regularly come to the office in Hamburg as part of a hybrid model.
Nice to Have
- A degree in a business-related field (e.g., Business Administration, Economic Psychology, Socioeconomics), a commercial apprenticeship, or initial experience in sales or a startup environment.

- Annual base salary of €40,000 - €45,000 gross.
