INCA – Insurance Core Automation is seeking an Anwendungsbetreuung Business Applications (Junior/Senior) to join our IT team. You will be responsible for the care of our critical business applications, including the ECM (Easy Product Suite), BPM, and CAQ systems, ensuring their smooth operation and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Administer, adapt, and optimize the applications.
- Perform patch and release management.
- Handle user administration.
- Provide 2nd level support.
- Introduce and test new applications and functionalities.
- Train and consult (key) users and departments.
- Participate in projects or project management.
- Conduct error analysis and resolution in cooperation with internal development and external service providers.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in application management, application support, or application development.
- German and English language skills.

Team & Environment
You will join a dedicated 14-person IT team, with about half focused on application support and development.

- Compensation: €45,000 to €75,000 gross per year.
