Construction & Property Group – UK is hiring a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist (more focused on Sourcing Properties)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research properties available on and off the market that align with investment criteria.
  • Establish and nurture connections with brokers, agents, property owners, and other industry professionals.
  • Track local market dynamics, zoning regulations, and potential development prospects.
  • Generate a consistent flow of acquisition leads through direct outreach, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
  • Participate in industry gatherings, site visits, and networking events to broaden sourcing networks.
  • Engage in negotiations with property sellers and intermediaries to achieve favorable terms.
  • Perform initial financial and market assessments to determine property feasibility.
  • Work alongside analysts and legal personnel to support underwriting and due diligence efforts.
  • Produce evaluations and proposals for potential property acquisitions.
  • Help manage acquisition workflows from first contact through to transaction completion.
  • Ensure up-to-date documentation of leads, negotiation status, and property data in CRM platforms.
  • Provide senior leadership with timely updates and actionable insights to inform decision-making.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, negotiations, and property details in CRM systems.
  • Support senior management in decision-making with timely updates and insights.
