- Perform initial financial and market assessments to determine property feasibility.
- Work alongside analysts and legal personnel to support underwriting and due diligence efforts.
- Produce evaluations and proposals for potential property acquisitions.
- Help manage acquisition workflows from first contact through to transaction completion.
- Ensure up-to-date documentation of leads, negotiation status, and property data in CRM platforms.
- Provide senior leadership with timely updates and actionable insights to inform decision-making.
