Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and engage General Partners (GPs) managing real estate funds, syndications, or portfolios.
- Generate qualified sales opportunities and move prospects through early sales stages.
- Schedule and support sales calls, demos, and deal progression.
- Own lead generation from outreach to handoff (or close, depending on experience).
- Develop relationships with real estate ecosystem players, including: - Fund administrators - Asset & fund managers - CPAs and tax advisors - Real estate attorneys - Transaction and data providers - Investor relations service providers
- Create referral and partnership pipelines that consistently generate inbound opportunities.
- Represent as a trusted long-term platform partner, not just a vendor.
- Provide continuous feedback from the market to refine messaging, pricing, and positioning.
- Identify patterns, objections, and opportunities within GP and investor communication workflows.
- Help shape go-to-market strategy based on real-world conversations.
