CROSSMARK Australia is seeking a casual RDAS Store Mapper to join our team in the Waikerie region. In this role, you will be instrumental in mapping retail store interiors using a specialized iPhone app to support indoor location services. You’ll travel to various store locations in your area, working independently while receiving guidance and support from our remote team.
What You'll Do
- Pick up the mapping kit, including an iPhone and peripherals, from a designated UPS/FedEx location or contact.
- Attend a 30-minute online training session via video call before beginning site work.
- Arrive at scheduled store locations on time with the provided kit and a fully charged personal phone.
- Record store surroundings by walking all aisles and marking your position on a map within the app.
- Maintain ongoing communication with a remote call-center operator via Google Meet on your personal phone.
- Fully charge the provided iPhone and power bank at the end of each workday.
What We're Looking For
- A strong sense of direction and the ability to mark precise pinpoints on a map.
- Patience, a detail-oriented mindset, and a commitment to precision.
- The ability to be on your feet for a full day and navigate around store obstacles.
- Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
- Comfort with remote guidance, being monitored, and maintaining constant communication.
- Willingness to complete relevant inductions required for supermarket entry.
- A current valid driver's license and access to a car.

- Enjoyment in using mobile apps, preferably on an iPhone.
- Dedication and availability to map multiple stores in your local area.
- An interest in activating systems that change how we experience indoor navigation.
