CROSSMARK Australia is looking for a casual RDAS Store Mapper in Pellican Waters, QLD. You'll be responsible for accurately mapping indoor retail locations using a dedicated smartphone app, playing a key role in capturing essential store layout data.
What You'll Do
- Pick up a mapping kit, including an iPhone and peripherals, from a designated UPS/FedEx point or contact.
- Attend a 30-minute online training session via video call prior to your site visit.
- Arrive at the scheduled store location on time, equipped with the kit and your personal phone.
- Record the store environment by systematically walking all aisles to cover every walkable area.
- Mark your precise position on a digital map within the app as you move through the space.
- Maintain continuous contact with a remote support operator via Google Meet on your personal phone for guidance and instructions.
- Ensure the provided phone and power bank are fully charged at the end of the day.
What We're Looking For
- A strong sense of direction and spatial orientation for accurate pinpoint marking on a map.
- Patience and a detail-oriented mindset, as precision is critical to the role.
- The ability to be on your feet for a full day and comfortably navigate around obstacles.
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
- Comfort with remote guidance, being monitored, and ongoing real-time communication with an operator.
- Willingness to complete any necessary inductions for entry into supermarket sites.
- A current valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
