At Honeywell, we're looking for an R&D Engineer/Scientist II to impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our R&D activities and drive technological advancements aligned with our strategic goals. You'll play a key role in developing new technologies and products that power our future.
What You'll Do
- Conduct research and development activities in line with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Design and conduct experiments, simulations, and analyses to drive the development of new technologies and products.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to leverage collective expertise and resources.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience performing research and development projects within a technology or manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in areas such as materials science, electronics, sensors, controls, or related fields.
- Proven track record of technical leadership and project management.
- Solid understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and architecture principles.
- Experience with experimental design and data analysis tools.
Nice to Have
- Advanced degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Physics, or another related field.
- 6 years of experience leading research and development projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
- Attention to detail and ability to drive technology commercialization.
