As an R&D Electrochemist, you will be central to advancing the core technology behind scalable green hydrogen production. Your work will focus on detailed electrochemical analysis of electrolysis cells and individual components, including membranes, catalysts, and electrodes. Using techniques such as cyclic voltammetry, rotating disk electrode measurements, current-voltage profiling, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, you will generate critical data that informs design improvements and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct precise laboratory testing to evaluate the performance and durability of electrochemical components
- Develop and refine diagnostic methods to enhance data accuracy and interpretation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate findings into actionable technical insights
- Document and present results clearly to support cross-functional decision-making
What We’re Looking For
You hold at least a Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field, with hands-on experience in electrochemical characterization. You bring strong analytical abilities, a systematic approach to problem-solving, and the ability to communicate complex data effectively. Fluency in English is essential for collaboration and reporting.
Experience with fuel cells, batteries, or electrolyser systems is highly valued. Familiarity with microscopy and elemental analysis techniques such as SEM, EDX, and optical imaging supports deeper investigation into material behavior.
