Seagate is looking for a Test Process Firmware Engineer to design, develop, test, and debug firmware modules for hard drive factory processes, including calibration and screening. You will tackle challenging projects from early technology development all the way through program qualification.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, test, and integrate new test process features into hard disc drive products.
- Participate in requirements gathering and be responsible for developing, debugging, and deploying these tools.
- Contribute to cross-functional teams.
- Present recommendations to the team.

- Base knowledge working with embedded firmware and the design, implementation, and debug processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent degree.
Nice to Have
- Experience using source code control systems such as Perforce or Git.
- C/C++, Python, and object-oriented coding experience is a plus.
