At Capgemini, we are looking for a R2R Business Transformation Senior Manager to lead large-scale finance transformation programs as a senior subject-matter expert and strategic advisor. You will shape, design, and deliver end-to-end process and technology transformations for our clients, helping them reimagine what’s possible.
What You'll Do
- Lead complex finance transformation projects across the R2R domain, ensuring full end-to-end delivery of scope, team, timeline, and budget.
- Design and implement target operating models, process improvements, technology roadmaps, automation solutions, and ERP-enabled transformations.
- Act as a senior subject-matter expert, providing strategic recommendations and guiding clients through their transformation journey.
- Collaborate with senior client stakeholders, facilitate workshops, drive alignment, and influence key decisions.
- Apply process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, DGEM Benchmarking, and ESOAR to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze client data and diagnose process gaps, proposing actionable solutions with clear business cases.
- Support sales cycles by shaping transformation stories and developing impactful solution content.
- Contribute to building transformation assets, methods, and new service offerings within your area of expertise.
What We're Looking For
- 13+ years of experience in Finance with deep expertise in R2R processes, including General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Period End Close, Reconciliations, and Reporting.
- 7+ years in senior transformation leadership roles with full end-to-end accountability, such as Cross-Stream Project Lead or Multi-Tower Solution Lead.
- A strong track record in designing and implementing finance transformation projects across multiple industries.
- Advanced consulting skills, including solution design, business case development, stakeholder management, storytelling, and executive-level presentations.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems like S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or Oracle and R2R supporting tools like Blackline, Trintech, and Workiva.
- Solid understanding of automation, RPA, Intelligent Automation, and GenAI-enabled solutions.
- Experience with GBS/SSC/BPO operating models, benchmarking, process mapping using tools like Visio, Signavio, or Business Optix, and documentation development.
- A proactive, self-driven approach, fluency in English, and comfort leading workshops, client meetings, and transformation discussions.
