Capgemini is looking for an R2R Business Transformation Manager to lead end-to-end finance transformation initiatives as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert. You will design and implement process and technology improvements, shape transformation stories, and guide clients through significant changes.
What You'll Do
- Lead and drive finance process and technology transformation projects, supporting consultants in delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Sell and deliver initiatives related to target operating model design, process assessments, GBS/SSC setup, automation evaluation, ERP implementations, RPA deployment, and change management.
- Use process and technology expertise to recommend improvements and guide clients throughout their transformation journey.
- Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to complete deliverables, align expectations, and advance the transformation agenda.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose solutions based on their strengths, weaknesses, and applicability.
- Apply process improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma to support continuous improvement objectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, providing insights, analyses, and solution recommendations.
- Organize and facilitate client meetings and workshops, driving alignment and decision-making across stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of transformation assets, methods, and new service offerings in your area of expertise.
- Support pursuits, bids, and up-sell opportunities by creating impactful content and demonstrating commercial awareness.
What We're Looking For
- 11+ years of experience in Finance with strong R2R process expertise (General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Period End Close, Reconciliations, Reporting).
- Extensive background in Finance Transformation and Continuous Improvement, delivering measurable business outcomes across multiple industries.
- 5+ years in senior project leadership roles (Cross-Stream Project Lead / Multi-Tower Solution Lead) with full accountability for scope, team, budget, and timelines.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and communicate transformation solutions, including shaping business cases and supporting sales cycles.
- Strong consulting toolkit: hypothesis-driven analysis, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or Oracle, and R2R supporting tools such as Blackline, Trintech, or Workiva.
- Good understanding of Intelligent Automation, RPA, GenAI solutions, and experience in GBS/SSC/BPO operating models.
- Proactive, self-driven, fluent in English, with a strong ability to present solutions and lead client-facing meetings.
