Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of team deliverables, managing daily development tasks, delegating work, monitoring progress, and ensuring on-time, high-quality results.
- Guide and support engineers through mentorship, promote teamwork, and inspire achievement of both organizational and individual goals.
- Define and uphold coding standards and best practices to ensure long-term maintainability of software systems.
- Collaborate with product teams to convert business requirements into actionable technical designs and specifications.
- Establish and maintain rigorous testing protocols to ensure software reliability and stability.
- Promote innovation and lead internal engineering initiatives to continuously improve development processes.
- Champion engineering excellence, product integrity, and cultural values across the organization.
