What You'll Do

• Oversee the delivery of major projects within defined scope, schedule, and budget.
• Construct detailed project plans, manage project teams, and lead meetings and status calls.
• Analyze and mitigate risks, manage project finances, and ensure the team has the right skills to meet deadlines.
• Practice continuous structural thinking and take ownership for value delivery.
• Act as the bridge to every other team on the project, including both technical and accounting roles.
• Handle customer change requests with diplomacy.
• Develop strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders, potentially including embedding at the client location.

What We're Looking For

• More than 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT Services Transition or Transformation projects.
• Solid understanding of Project Management Governance and Resource Allocation.
• Familiarity with PMI methodology.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• English proficiency at an intermediate to advanced level for global communication.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience mentoring and developing team members.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
