About the Role

This position involves providing cost planning, measurement, and commercial support for building projects within a global measurement center, focusing on accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of services.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for building works across various project stages
  • Apply standard measurement practices to quantify construction elements
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost data aligns with design development
  • Review design documentation to identify cost implications
  • Support value engineering exercises by analyzing alternative design options
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction methods and materials
  • Ensure compliance with client-specific cost reporting formats
  • Contribute to benchmarking and cost analysis databases
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and contractor pricing queries
  • Verify contractor submissions for accuracy and completeness
  • Provide input into change management processes for project variations
  • Work within defined quality assurance procedures for cost deliverables
  • Support the development of cost forecasts and cash flow projections
  • Coordinate with international teams across different time zones
  • Use digital tools and software for cost modeling and data management
  • Respond to client requests for cost-related information
  • Participate in project meetings and design reviews
  • Ensure consistency in measurement practices across projects
  • Adapt to different procurement methods and contract types
