Wincent invites applications for a Quantitative Research Internship starting Summer 2026. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience in cryptocurrency trading, quantitative analysis, and algorithm development. You'll work on real projects, learn from experienced traders, and participate in simulated trading sessions.
What You'll Do
- Identify market signals, analyze and execute trading strategies.
- Conduct statistical analysis and construct quantitative models.
- Enhance trading intuition through games and exercises.
- Work on practical exercises mirroring actual quant and trading tasks.
- Explore your own ideas and projects with team support.
- Work with Python, Pandas, SQL, and Grafana for data analysis and real-time monitoring.
- Learn trading fundamentals from experienced quants and traders.
- Collaborate in teams to tackle challenging open-ended quant problems.
- Participate in discussions to sharpen argumentation skills.
- Experience manual trading with substantial, yet manageable positions.
