About the Role

Arrow ECS SAS is hiring a Quality Manager, EMEA Aerospace & Defense to support the development and sustainment of our Quality Management System in line with customer requirements for Arrow Global Components' EMEA Aerospace & Defense sector.

What You'll Do

  • Support and maintain Quality Assurance System data.
  • Serve as the customer liaison for all quality issues and queries; lead root cause analysis and assist in implementing corrective and preventative actions.
  • Complete First Article Inspection Reports.
  • Perform fault trend analysis.
  • Create quality metrics and KPIs.
  • Work closely with Sales teams and Distribution center personnel.
  • Support new business activity in collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement projects as required.
  • Ensure adherence to customer requirements, standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the QMS and recommend enhancements.
  • Prepare for and facilitate customer audits, document findings, and oversee corrective and preventive actions.
  • Analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities and ensure consistent quality.
  • Work directly with customers and suppliers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer and regulatory expectations.
  • Generate reports on KPIs and quality metrics.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Management role within the Aerospace & Defense industry.
  • Experience and knowledge of AS9100/9120 standards and quality management principles.
  • Strong knowledge of aerospace industry regulations and requirements.
  • Familiarity with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, CAPA, 5 Whys, and Fishbone Diagrams.
