Ferrero Group is offering a Quality Internship that provides meaningful, hands-on experience within a fast-moving consumer goods environment. You will be an integral member of our Quality team, supporting key processes and gaining exposure to consumer care operations, regulatory standards, and cross-functional collaboration across the UK & Ireland region.
What You'll Do
- Conduct gap assessments and support updates to Consumer Care Centre templates, documentation, and communication materials to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Support consumer care data analysis across internal platforms, identifying trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Assist with business preparedness and alignment of Food Safety & Quality policies, including crisis management processes.
- Contribute to training support, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across consumer care operations.
