Responsibilities
- Promote inclusive teamwork and support a diverse workplace environment.
- Develop cross-cultural connections and appropriately manage cultural differences when working with various stakeholders.
- Act as a technical advisor and mentor to project team members.
- Execute the Quality Management Plan across all project phases, from initiation to final acceptance.
- Supervise material and workmanship inspections, identifying deviations from project specifications.
- Manage Non-Conformance Notices and Request for Information workflows, ensuring timely corrective actions.
- Train and supervise project staff on quality system roles and procedures.
- Collaborate with clients, designers, and subcontractors to resolve technical challenges and confirm design compliance.
- Document and disseminate effective practices, identifying improvements in methods or materials to reduce risk or increase efficiency.
- Build productive relationships with individuals across diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.
