TE Connectivity is hiring a Quality Engineer to ensure our manufactured products and applied processes meet all specifications and requirements. You will be instrumental in introducing and applying quality assurance practices, processes, and procedures within our operations.
What You'll Do
- Analyze product and manufacturing systems to meet customer requirements
- Design and review quality control systems
- Develop and document analytical methods to determine reliability
- Ensure compliance with government and environmental regulations
- Implement and manage quality control and reliability programs
- Perform failure analysis, root cause analysis, and customer communication
- Process complaints and prepare computer reports
- Maintain contact with customers, suppliers, and subsidiaries
- Organize and supervise production inspections and document measurement results
- Perform quality assurance tasks and audits
- Comply with the company's Quality Policy and Environmental Policy
- Create and supervise quality manufacturing documentation
- Create and maintain process control plans
What We're Looking For
- College or university degree in a technical field (e.g., automotive engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering)
- Several years of experience in automotive quality assurance
- Knowledge of quality assurance systems
- Confident use of MS Office software
- Excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English
Nice to Have
- VDA 6.3 process auditor certification is an advantage
- Experience in injection molding/assembly area is an advantage
