About the Role

CRS Group Inc. is hiring a Quality Business Operations Leader to join our mission-driven team. Reporting to the CTO, you will be instrumental in optimizing workflows and processes across our internal pharmacy, fulfillment partners, and patient & provider advocacy teams to enhance operational efficiency and patient experience.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Continuously assess and enhance operational processes to eliminate inefficiencies and streamline task execution.
  • Regularly evaluate and optimize quality programs using data and stakeholder feedback.
  • Work closely with internal teams to design and implement improved processes and workflows.
  • Lead root cause analyses for quality-related issues and drive process optimization.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of new quality standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to the quality team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular quality and process optimization reports to senior management.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in quality management, with a proven ability to optimize workflows in complex environments.
  • Demonstrated success in leading quality improvement initiatives that improved operational workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and develop actionable solutions.
  • Deep understanding of quality assurance principles, operational workflows, and process optimization best practices.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams to resolve process issues.
  • Willingness to learn internal operational workflows to quickly identify root causes of inefficiencies.
  • A collaborative team player who is passionate about helping others improve and grow.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in pharmacy or healthcare.
  • Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, ASQ).

You will report to the CTO and work closely with internal pharmacy, fulfillment, and patient advocacy teams. You'll join a mission-driven, analytical, and passionate team focused on patient experience and human wellbeing.
