Requirements

- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with Excel and G-Suite applications
- Effective collaboration and interpersonal relationship skills
- Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

- Prior experience using AI-driven tools designed to enhance customer experience, particularly in quality assurance settings
