Jobgether is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team focused on Europe. You will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality web applications that provide seamless user experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify issues, improve processes, and maintain high testing standards.

What You'll Do

Conduct manual testing of web applications, identifying, documenting, and tracking software issues.
Perform UI and cross-browser testing to ensure consistency and usability across devices.
Execute API testing to validate backend reliability, performance, and functionality.
Create, execute, and maintain detailed test cases, bug reports, and documentation using tools such as JIRA and TestRail.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to uphold rigorous quality standards.
Conduct regression testing before releases and integrate testing within CI/CD pipelines.
Continuously evaluate and enhance testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing, ideally focused on web applications.
Strong knowledge of UI testing and API testing practices.
Proven ability to write detailed bug reports and manage issue lifecycles effectively.
Experience with JIRA for bug tracking and TestRail (or similar) for test case management.
Solid understanding of the SDLC and experience working in CI/CD environments.
Strong English communication skills, with at least B2 level proficiency.
A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
