Lactalis is looking for a Quality Assurance Auditor - Operations Category Milk UHT and Sterile Products to ensure product quality and food safety across our industrial sites. As part of the Group Quality Department, you will leverage your expertise to support factories, share standards, and drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Develop and update Group quality and food safety standards, including operational quality standards and control plans, in collaboration with various departments.
- Design and deliver internal training to maintain a high level of expertise in food safety and process control across Lactalis production sites.
- Provide technical assistance to factories during quality incidents, new projects, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Audit Lactalis industrial sites to assess their compliance level.
- Lead expert networks to share and enrich group standards.
- Communicate lessons learned from major non-conformities to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor the quality performance of industrial sites to define priority action areas.
What We're Looking For
- Bac+5 level education.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in an industrial environment within a UHT milk and sterile products production plant.
- Solid knowledge of Quality systems such as HACCP and validation.
- Interest in cross-functional topics like water, air, cleaning, contaminant control, pest management, and foreign body prevention.
- Recognized expertise and mastery of industrial processes.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Taste for knowledge transfer.
Nice to Have
- Mastery of English, or a strong willingness to develop it.
