Boehringer Ingelheim is offering an apprenticeship (alternance) for a Quality Assurance Assistant at our Toulouse industrial site. You will integrate into the Quality Assurance department, supporting quality control activities in microbiological and physico-chemical laboratories. This role provides hands-on experience in a critical pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage quality documentation, including document review, validation master plan follow-up, and updating the CQ risk matrix.
- Contribute to mapping laboratory quality documentation and identifying simplification opportunities.
- Support the project to upgrade raw material sampling boxes to Class D and reduce environmental control sampling.
- Update and deliver training modules on Good Manufacturing Practices applied to control laboratories.
- Participate in laboratory equipment management by approving qualification reports and performing periodic logbook reviews.
- Provide on-site support to CQ teams, participate in gemba walks, and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
- Participate in audits and inspections by contributing to their preparation and taking part in their execution.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bac +5 (Master's level) degree in Chemistry or Quality, or in 5th year of Pharmacy with a specialization in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
- A rigorous and proactive approach with curiosity and ability to propose ideas.
- Good interpersonal skills and commitment for effective collaboration.
- English proficiency at a B2 level.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice to Have
- Initial knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry's operations.
- Mastery of Trackwise and Veeva software.
