Bizmatics India Private Limited is hiring a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the functionality and reliability of our software products. In this role, you will develop and execute both exploratory and automated tests, playing a key part in the software development lifecycle.

What You'll Do

Develop, implement, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Perform manual and automated testing to identify software problems and their root causes.
Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve issues.
Track and document all testing defects and their resolutions.
Participate in design and development meetings to provide input on requirements, designs, schedules, and potential problems.
Review product design documentation for accuracy, clarity, and verifiability.
Consult with product development on system interfaces, operational requirements, and performance.
Recommend design improvements or corrections throughout the development process.
Ensure compliance with programming best practices and web standards.
Work with vendors and customers to facilitate smooth deployment.
Stay up to date with new testing tools and strategies.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
4-5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Familiarity with manual testing.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation and database testing.
Experience testing APIs using tools like Postman or SoapUI.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with C# and .NET environments.
Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
Knowledge of scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java).
