Boehringer Ingelheim is looking for a Quality and Validation (Q&V) Assistant apprentice to join the team at our Saint-Priest industrial site. In this role, you will be embedded within a team of 10 collaborators, supporting critical process verification and validation activities for veterinary vaccine production.
What You'll Do
- Perform verification of formulation and dispensing processes for veterinary vaccines manufactured at the Lyon sites.
- Conduct verification of manufacturing processes for active ingredients produced from viral and bacterial strains.
- Write validation reports, which involves establishing process criticality analysis and calculating process capabilities to conclude on the validation of the studied process.
- Collaborate with production and quality departments on the site for validation activities.
- Take on additional missions within the Qualification/Validation department depending on the team's workload.
What We're Looking For
- Current enrollment in a Master 2 (Bac+5) program in Quality or Pharmaceutical Industry Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience (internship or apprenticeship) in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong organizational skills, rigor, and creativity.
- Good interpersonal and writing skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously on small project management.
