3M is seeking a Quality Analyst (Spanish Speaker) to join our team. In this role, you will manage customer quality complaints, analyze quality data, and lead process improvement projects to enhance customer satisfaction and product quality. What You'll Do
- Manage and execute timely and accurate responses to quality complaints.
- Own the end-to-end customer complaint process based on business criteria.
- Analyze internal and external quality data to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Initiate actions to lead projects, provide training, and link project steps to business strategies.
- Apply analytical skills to interpret trends and data from company reporting.
- Participate in efforts to develop a common global complaint process.
- Develop and lead improvements to work processes and tools.
What We're Looking For
- A completed Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Three (3) years of experience in quality, customer service, corporate operations, and/or supporting cross-functional teams.
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, CIR, Power BI, and Excel.
- Ability to perform analysis impacting resource utilization, speed, costs, and quality improvements.
- Ability to find innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Confidence to make sound decisions without detailed instructions.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, writing, and listening).
- Willingness to work a graveyard shift schedule: 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM Philippine Standard Time.
