GE HealthCare is hiring a Qualified Field Service Engineer to perform on-site service and maintenance for our Imaging segment products. In this role, you will ensure operational excellence and build lasting customer relationships directly in the field. You will be a key part of our mission to improve lives in the moments that matter.

What You'll Do

Maintain all models specific to X-rays and Mammographs in your assigned area.
Perform total system level troubleshooting on complex, multi-symptom problems.
Resolve issues using established procedures and escalate when necessary.
Interface daily with doctors and technicians regarding equipment status.
Act to ensure primary customer satisfaction and assist in business growth for the geographic area.
Complete all administrative tasks on time, including inspection documentation.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field.
Strong technical analytical skills and prior field service experience.
Fluency in Polish and English.
A valid category B driving license.

Nice to Have

High work standards and a comprehensive knowledge of Diagnostic Imaging, X-ray, and mammography modalities.
Ability to work independently with minimum direction.
Initiative, motivation, and effective planning skills.
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
